Hi, I’m Kat Hale.

After 15 years in the Advertising industry, I’ve decided to put out my shingle and use my award-winning marketing brain for good.

I’d rather spend time thinking about how to amplify candidates who want to make a difference, instead of making commercials for giant corporate brands.

Social media is the water I swim in: I’ve won multiple awards for viral brand campaigns, and I taught a Social Media Campaigns post-grad course for 3 years. My experience as a Creative Director in a very chaotic environment means I’m a nimble problem solver, quick thinker and passionate collaborator.

Three Arrows LLC is my way of helping progressive candidates become more visible and attractive to voters (especially folks who may not be politically aware). Let’s flip some seats and fix some sh*t!

Why “Three Arrows”?
My siblings and I have matching tattoos of our family coat of arms, which features 3 arrows! And no other reason :)
